  • 道士的服饰有哪几种?
    自刘宋陆修静始,道教服饰有了大体一致的样式规定。现在的道装有大褂、道袍(或称得罗)、戒衣、法衣、花衣(或称作班衣)。大褂、道袍为日常服,戒服在受戒时穿,法衣是作法事或宗教大典时高功和住持方丈穿的法服,花衣是经师上殿时穿的绣花衣。 道士帽称巾。据清代闵小艮《清规玄妙》说:全真之巾有唐巾、冲和巾、浩然巾、逍摇巾、紫阳巾、一字巾、纶巾、三教巾、九阳巾等9种。9种的说法不完全一样,还有纯阳巾、南华巾、庄子巾、荷叶巾、混元巾、九梁巾、诸葛巾等说法,又有太阳巾、包巾(幅巾)等。 道人戴的冠子有黄冠、五岳冠、莲花冠、星冠、五老冠等。

  • 为何宝诰开头第一句都是“至心皈命礼”?
    我们常看到道教经文的“宝诰”开头第一句都是“至心皈命礼”,其实这是道教经文格式之一。按《玉皇本行经集合注》解释:“至心,乃诚恪不二之意,世本作‘志心’者非。”“志心”是心意坚决之意,而“至心”则有对仙真极为诚恳、一心不二的意思,故应作“至心”为宜。“至心皈命礼”即用最虔诚的心,对仙真皈命信服的礼赞。在道教经典中,宝诰的文体包含着对诸神、仙真、祖师功德的赞颂,和上天对我们的训诫和勉励。道教徒每天都要虔诚诵习各仙真的宝诰,一方面称扬仙真的功德,发愿行效,一方面藉此严以律己,善以待人,使自己的行为得到规范。道教的早晚功课经收录了不少宝诰,我们平日可选择部分宝诰念诵,或于上香时诵念供奉仙真的宝诰,只需一...
